Biomedics® XC contacts are designed using CooperVision’s patented PC Technology™ to create a lens that contains phosphorylcholine (PC), which is found naturally in cell membranes.

This lens is designed to be worn as a one to two week daily wear lens, which means you take the lenses out each night and replace with a new lens on a one or two week basis. Be sure to follow your prescribing eye care provider’s recommended replacement schedule.

Written By: Brad Was this review useful?: Yes \| No	Pleasant surprise Biomedics XC is a pleasant surprise. It is comfortable and provides good vision. Actually both my wife and I wear these lenses. She has been even happier with them than I am. The difference for her is that she used to feel dryness in her lenses late in the day but this is not happening with the XC.

When I see companies change packaging but keep the same brand name I figure that they are trying to pull a quick one on their customers. Well, not with the XC. After wearing the Biomedics for years I was convinced to try the XC with the promise that it was going to feel better. To my surprise it is true. XC feels better than its predecessor. It must have to do with the special product that they added to the material.

Written By: Gylene Was this review useful?: Yes \| No	Change My eye doctor switched me from regular Biomedics to the Biomedics XC two months ago. He was trying to get me more comfort from my lenses. Apparently the XC is made from a material that is designed to hold on to the water that makes the lens more comfortable. The change worked very well. My vision is the same as with the Biomedics but the difference is that the XC is simply more comfortable.

The optometrist promised that the Biomedics XC were going to help me with the dryness I usually feel with my lenses later in my day. Well, no more of that. Now I not only have great vision but also super comfort.
