Biomedics® Toric contact lenses provide wearers with excellent performance and comfort. The lenses are designed to be worn as a one to two week daily wear lens, which means you take the lenses out each night and replace with a new lens on a one or two week basis. Be sure to follow your prescribing eye care provider’s recommended replacement schedule.

Written By: Erin Was this review useful?: Yes \| No	Change has come When I asked about contact lenses in the past I was always told that my prescription needed expensive lenses. Then when I went to my optometrist for my checkup I asked again. This time I was surprised to know that his approach to contact lenses for me was simple. He said that advances had been made in the lenses for astigmatism called toric and that he thinks that he has a lens for me. We tried Biomedics toric and I was able to see really well right on the first try. I guess changes did come to the world of astigmatism.

The lenses were either good on vision but unpleasant to wear because I always felt them. I tried others that were comfortable but gave me very average vision, certainly less than what I am accustomed to with my glasses so I would only wear them occasionally. Biomedics was different. I have the best of both worlds – comfort and good vision.

With my old lenses I used to have fluctuating vision and discomfort when blinking. Biomedics is right on when it comes to vision. Comfort is not an issue since I really don’t feel the lenses at all.

My eye doctor told me that he prescribed this lens because I had astigmatism and that they are specialty lenses. Well my vision is great and I can see just as with my glasses.
