"Ordering new contacts was quick and easy. I uploaded my new prescription, and the order was delivered in a few days. The contacts are thinner than what I was previously using (Total One Multifocal). Not every contact out of the box is comfortable. A few have been uncomfortable right away. If this continues, I will call about it. Near vision is good, distance is not as sharp at the Total One Multifocal. "
