Acuvue® 2 contact lenses provide wearers with superior comfort and crisp, clear vision, while also helping to protect their eyes from harmful UV rays. The lens is designed to be worn as a two-week daily wear lens (which means you take the lenses out each night), one lens can be worn up to 14 days. They can also be worn as an extended wear lens (which means you can sleep in them) for up to six nights. Then simply discard and replace with fresh lenses. Be sure to follow your prescribing eye care provider’s recommended replacement schedule.

The reason Acuvue 2 works
My optometrist theorized that since I have the problems with the new lenses, like drying, cloudiness, itching, etc, that I'm allergic to silicone, an ingredient not found in acuvue 2s. They are my favorite and I hope they're always an option.

A footballer's choice
Great vision, comfortable, and robust enough to withstand a football player’s handling, the Acuvue 2 has been a product that I have depended on for a decade. My optometrist keeps letting me know that there are other lens options out there but I am happy with this product and would continue to wear it for as long as it is available.

A great choice
I have tried many lenses but Acuvue 2 was the only one that I was able to tolerate without rubbing and feeling that the lens was dehydrating later in the day. The professionals have not been able to provide me with a clear explanation why but Acuvue 2 is the only lens that I can wear without issue.

My first lens
Acuvue 2 was my first contact lens. I have had a wonderful experience with this lens over the years. It is obvious that there are many options if I want to switch but I like sticking with what has worked for me. I never feel the lenses nor do I have any problem with the cleaning and disinfecting of the lenses. To me the most important thing to consider is my vision and comfort – all day. On these points Acuvue 2 has served me well. I recommend the lens.

A trusted lens
I have been using Acuvue 2 lenses for many years. The lens provided me with great comfort, excellent vision and durability. It is true that many new lenses have been introduced in the market since I started wearing this lens but I am happy with what I have now and don’t find a need to change.
