Biofinity® contact lenses are made from a high performance silicone hydrogel material that uses the proprietary Aquaform™ technology. This results in lenses that are more wettable and more comfortable and provide the wearer with a soft and moist lens all day. Biofinity® lenses deliver oxygen to the cornea using the combined high oxygen transmission properties of silicone hydrogel with those of water. The presence of a higher water environment within the lens makes Biofinity® more resistant to dehydration and surface deposits.
The lens is designed to be worn as a monthly lens (which still means that you take the lenses out each night). Be sure to follow your prescribing eye care provider’s recommended replacement schedule.
